Again?
They added the made in Germany part.
That’s smart. Why don’t they just put made in Germany in the title?
My German Kit Kats had Italian writing on them.
So they were made in Germany, sent to England to be blessed by the King, took a detour into Italy to get graffiti’d up, and then sent to the US.
Who cares though. They are delicious. I passed out a bunch and we have all really enjoyed them.
No doubt they are very delicious!
I want an ingredients list. If they have PGPR, no way.
I don’t even think they were for the England market. The writing, as stated above, is in Italian and the countries listed on the packaging are Italy and Malta. Still delicious, though! We cleared through ours faster than I care to admit.
You still have some left? I’m impressed!
How do they differ in taste from the ones we get here in the States?
People have mentioned they are creamier than the ones here. I don’t eat enough Kit Kats to know for sure, but I did like them!
I can’t safely keep these things in my house. Lol
They are, indeed, a bit creamier. Not as crisp as the US variety and they seem slightly less sweet so that the cocoa flavor is more pronounced. I give them a thumbs up!
US KitKats are made by Hershey’s…meh. German KitKats are made by Nestle’ and are a better creamier chocolate.
I put them in the fridge. Snap improved and it was worth it for the better taste.
How is it that no one has mentioned the size of the bar or the size of the hands in the 3rd pic? The wife told me if they really are that size for that price buy 2 boxes. I sadly haven’t, because I doubt very much the bars are any bigger than the US version is.
Valid point. If each bar is that size, then that’s a hell of a deal. However me thinks that probably isn’t the case.
Each bar is 41.5 grams which is standard KitKat size
Yeah, they’re definitely not that size.
Mine came crushed but we ate them flattened anyway (the ones we could). They were delicious and seemed creamier and less sweet than a US made bar. Can’t speak to the crunch factor, though for obvious reasons.
And yes, Woot CS was very helpful since mine seemed to have found the face of a truck tire.
The English are well known for their Italian reading abilities
