What is the company/manufacturer?
Per the warranty, FutureFoam. They also make some name brand beds. I have two of their 12" mattresses and like them a lot.

Is this mattress the same as the 12 inch? The 12 doesn’t say if it’s medium firmness? Also why is the warranty only 8 vs 15 like the others?
Basically the same. Both are a medium firmness.
Can’t answer about the warranties. That’s up to the vendor.

I have the 12" and love it. I had another in King and downsized to the same thing in Queen. Son has one as well.
