Just an FYI that the first photo is a different model and the one they are selling.
The heading says 6pc set and the pics show 6pcs but the description lists 8pcs.

Though calphalon makes great products, the claim of dishwasher safe isnt completely accurate. Over time and use the anodized and non stick finishes can wear. Putting aluminum with stainless steel handles in a dishwasher which likely has metal in it as well becomes a battery when the soap solution comes into play.
Great product but hand wash will keep them in better shape for much longer.
Are the pans made of aluminum, stainless steel, or just steel? Will they work on an induction cooktop (i.e., will a magnet stick to them)?
EDIT: Woot has confirmed that this set is NOT induction cooktop compatible.
But, is are the covers oven safe too? Because that would be a game changer!
Couldn’t find information mentioning the lids on Amazon or Calphalon.

Yeah, confused to but it was a Calphalon rep on Amazon. Who knows.
