pro tip: this is neither the plant that produces citronella oil (that comes from species of lemongrass), nor does it repel mosquitos. It is actually a variety of geranium - I have it in my garden because I like the citrusy aroma it gives off in summer, and there are plenty of mosquitoes on it at any given time.
