What? They’re to grind HERBS! 
Yes, herbs - what ever herbs you may have that you need to grind into smaller pieces. You could start selling some kind of small paper to wrap the ground herbs so they don’t spill. This would also make it easier to pass around… in the kitchen I mean - it would be especially convenient for baked dishes.
