BJ’s Reviews on the 800#

How do the shelves adjust?

Are extra shelves available elsewhere?

(I’m considering the 200-lb capacity unit, but I would like less height between shelves.)

This video looks like it could be very helpful for you-

Move the shelf up off the black post supports. Change the position of the supports and return the shelf. Very easy. Also very easy to put together.

I have many of these units ( the heavy duty kind). they are a snap to put together (pun intended), are durable and very, very useful for storage.
I bought some S hooks and hang pots and pans off of the sides for easier access.
You won’t be disappointed in the Heavy duty Chrome one, trust me.

God, am I weak.
I went ahead and got three of them, even though I am not sure they will fit in my utility room.

I mean, 68% off! How am I supposed to resist that?

I think the prices have come down on this style of rack. I’ve seen these at big box stores for about the same price.

Is the weight limit per shelf, or total for all shelves?

I bought 3 of the 200lb/shelf recently. Very happy with them. Sturdy and easy to put together.

The weight limit is for total all shelves.

Does anyone know if you can buy casters (wheels) for these?

According to the manufacturer’s website it is the total PER shelf.

Yes, they have them on Amazon, Honey-Can-Do SHF-01939 Set of Four Casters, Black, 4-Inch.

In the specs…
200 lbs Unit Capacity Dimensions (50 lbs per shelf): 13.8"D x 35.9"W x x 72"H
800 lbs Unit Capacity Dimensions (200 lbs per shelf): 18" D x 42" W x 72" H

awesome- thanks

The description is a mess.

In one part you have "this unit is capable of withstanding up to 200lbs OR 800 lbs per shelf "

Then this “800 lbs Unit Capacity Dimensions (200 lbs per shelf)”

Also, can we get a model number for the different models?

Want to pull the trigger, but got miss information.

Does anyone know if the very top shelf can be lowered?

Curious, do you know if the very top shelf can be lowered?
