Yeah, the servers took their break at the same time. We’ll be discussing this with them.

I thought it was just me and cleared my cache, still getting 504’s.

Last time this happened, I did that on my end and it didn’t help. It wasn’t me.
So this time, I came here to check instead.
I guess they don’t need any more of my money tonight.

On the app, it’s now going straight to the “Disappointment We can’t find the internet!” banner.

Oh, well. Maybe it will be up by tomorrow.

Looks like it’s back now!

In the future when this happens, is there anyone that we can notify that would be helpful?
Or are they well aware of the problem happening already each time?
Is the best course of action just to come back later?

I’m just checking in case there is something proactive we can do that would actually help.

The wonderful volunteer moderators already alert us, and your forum comments do help so we can track down the exact problem :slight_smile: So you’re already helping! But yes once we report it to our engineering team, it’s all in their hands
