According to the Woot listing, this can read Blu-ray discs. However, it doesn’t say that anywhere on the box and unless I’m doing something wrong, it can’t read them. Refund?

From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Is this an external writer? The item posting doesn’t say.
