Do the colors indicate different resistance, or are they purely aesthetic? From looking around quickly, so far I haven’t seen anything describing them as so but don’t want to purchase and then realize after the fact. Thanks
Great question! The different colors are for aesthetics only.

I bought one of these a few months ago, and I’m still learning the “ropes” (
); however it is very portable, and is good for lighter workouts. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who lifts heavier.

Usually with these systems, if you want more weight, you attach additional bands.
by heavier… how much heavier?
