Loved the system when I first received it. Recently when 4k content is being broadcast the picture is choppy or the 4k light flashes and there is sound but no picture. I have upgraded all cables to 4k high speed so they are not the issue. I believe it to be the receiver because when I hook up directly to the TV there is no issues. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi there. Sorry for the problem. Have you checked in with Polk? You have a one-year warranty. See the link at the bottom of the features.
The Polk speakers are ok, it is the Pioneer receiver that came with the bundle that is giving me the issue.
