be careful w/ the lid. Steam heats the plastic components, weakening them. Mine snapped off.
Uh oh. Assuming it’s still in the 90-day warranty period, reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
not a big deal. It heats water and the lid pretty much stays on, even if I’m pouring. I’m not picky, it doesn’t have to be perfect.
