bought this a few years ago. a little too lightweight but solved with a thrift store dumbell weight placed underneath the backup rolls

smart idea! I have one in my bathroom that’s always toppling over.
What is it made out would be nice since it goes in a bathroom is it Chrome plated , Stainless Steel ? Because of rust I’m particular about materials
Do they hold the Mega rolls of Charmin! I have a similar one, but the bottom is too small for them.
