Shark Professional Fabric Steamer, GS300

Shark Professional Fabric Steamer, GS300

Received my Shark steamer GS-300 today. There is a piece missing connecting the telescoping rod to the base. Contacted Shark and was told that they no longer handle this model so I am out of luck. This model is also being sold on Amazon. Beware

Well crap. That’s not right. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

Contacted woot customer service. They were very helpful. Since they had sold all of their steamers and had no replacement parts available, they issued a full refund without requiring a return of the steamer. I gave it to a thrift store. Thank you for your quick response.

Failed after 2 uses… Went to use it a few weeks ago and no steam. I flushed it with vinegar as soon as I got it as a precaution, but that did no good. Only used distilled water, draining after both uses.
Took it apart and it was all oxidized and rusted. There was what looked like sand coating on the components, which is what I believe contributed to its demise.
I’m guessing mine was a 1-off as there aren’t any other complaints about this.
