Apple 12W USB Power Adapter (2-Pack)

Apple 12W USB Power Adapter (2-Pack)

Could we have the output specs, please? Should be printed somewhere on the adapter itself in itty-bitty print.
Thanks!

P = IV or Power = Current x Voltage

I = P / V or 12 watts / 5 volts = 2.4 amps

So basically half price since it is a two pack for $10.99 and Apple charges $19 for a single one.

If you don’t have an aftermarket USB power source that puts out at least 2 amps and are still using the tiny Apple cube power supply that only puts out 1 amp, that means your fast-charge capable device is not getting charged at a fast rate. If that matters to you.

There are NOT Apple or apple certified chargers. They charge slower than the usual 1A cube chargers.

They are Apple products but likely older versions. If you’re unhappy with the item, reach out to Woot! Customer Service.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

So you’re claiming they’re fake?

Did you test them using a digital USB current meter? (Super handy and cheap, for folks who care about such things… $10, https://www.amazon.com/DROK-300043-Multimeter-Multifunctional-Electrical-Capacity/dp/B00J3JSEG6/)

Are you sure your cable is not the problem?

Difficult to imagine these 12 watt (2.4 amp) adapters charge a phone slower than a base Apple 5 watt (1 amp) Apple cube adapter.

(I’ve found the current Woot Customer Service process to be excellent.)
