You can get these for 100$ less on ebay…
Have not received a security or other update in over two years, and will never receive them. I guess people buy them and use them anyway?
It still works and some convert them to Linux machines. 
I own one of these and use it on linux, yeah it does work. But it’s not super easy, it takes removing a write protect screw, re-writing the bios, then custom installing a lot of the drivers through terminal. If you’re not VERY comfortable with linux, I’d recommend not doing this.
