Only one earpod is pairing when I’m listening to music, how can I fix this ?
Hi there. Some Bluetooth earbuds have the option to use one earbud so they must be paired to each other to use both. Let me check to see if this is one of those and get instructions if so.

Place both earbuds back in the wireless charging case and charge them for 2 hours. After that, make sure to unpair the earbuds from your phone, then take them out of the case and repair them to your device.
