Word of caution, I bought this last time (last week) and it arrived with a damaged, mostly not working power connector… Support hasn’t done anything to help so far
Hi there. Looking at the CS contacts, I see that they answered you on Friday stating that they were checking with the Vendor. This can take a few days.
I bought one a couple weeks ago. It was dead on arrival and had a severely bent power plug on the subwoofer.
Also when I registered the S/N with Samsung I was informed that the warranty expired 6 months ago.
Where’s the refurbished warranty at?!

Often the way the work is that the warranty resets when you register the item with Samsung.
