Anybody else buy these and get an open-box pair (obviously used previously)? And, I know why they were returned…they cut out. Most Bluetooth range is 30’, but when I attempted to use these at 15-18’ from my television set (straight line of sight, no walls/obstacles) it cuts out and I have to hold the “antenna” portion in a specific position to keep it from dropping the audio.
I’ve been with WOOT since the beginning and bought tons of stuff - and this is the first bad item I’ve ever received…but boy, is it BAD!!
I’m disappointed that I got an item that won’t work - I’m more disappointed that it was obviously an open-box item when it was described as NEW. That’s not the way to do business WOOT!
