So if I look at the order status and it STILL doesn’t even show “Preparing to Ship” yet BUT implies it will be received in three days, what can I expect (besides heartburn and unmet expectations)? I understand the sock (er, stock) monkeys are really busy and they should get some holiday time too, but please put a little more reality into the delivery-surface I can see.
