Amazon did it again. Instead of a carton of 6, they sent me one (1) bottle. Off to contact customer support.

I can understand Amazon staff’s confusion. There’s a sticker on my single soap that indicates it’s a 6 pack.

Heard back from Woot customer service - quick response, especially considering birthday week and it being the weekend.
I’ve asked for a replacement order. I just hope they send the full 6 pack and not another singleton. Which means Amazon needs to get their sh1t together.

Yup. Just got one single bottle. Second order this week that was supposed to be multiples and I only got one. Fix your ish Amazon fulfillment.

Please stop offering multipacks unless Amazon fixes their fulfillment issues. I just received another refund because they can’t send the rest of the bottles.
It’s making me fall out of love with Woot.
The issue isn’t with all orders or warehouses though.
(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
It’s happened on two different orders for me in the last week. I’ve never had that happen before with Woot. Other people are experiencing the same lately so clearly something is up.
It’s very random. Happens at some Amazon warehouses and not others. There’s not much we can do at our end.

@ThunderThighs CS told me they are refunding me but the soap i bought with a woot coupon I worked hard to get during the scavenger hunt… so i think my total I paid was only a few cents. (thats what I believe they are refunding me) Arn’t they suppose to issue me a new code for the value of the soap or just send me the soap?! How does that work?! They took more then 4 days to respond!!!
