If you filter through the reviews on the mothership, you’ll see that there is a danger for anyone trying to use this lightweight system for any medium to heavy weight exercise. Bands snapping while working out can really hurt but the fact that there are several instances of the bar breaking during exercise gives me serious pause. I suppose if you’re a beginner, this might be a good choice but anyone who lifts heavy and wants to use several resistance bands should probably avoid this.
