Is this duck bacon? I love animals, but male ducks are…total duckheads. Geese let you know they’re about to attack, but ducks pretend to be sweet and cute and then they getcha. And they poop everywhere.

These are actually really good. I ordered 3 more of them. Highly recommend slicing paper thin, some good stone ground mustard, or something similar. Makes for one *ell of a presentation on a Charcuterie Board ( I hope I spelled that correctly) as well. 
If your a fan of duck, then this is for you.
