I just got my “New” Samsung Galaxy buds delivered, and they have been USED! The original box seal was broken, but the authorized distributor must have put a new piece of tape over the box. I didn’t think much of it, so I opened the box and what do I find? EARWAX on the ear buds… that is disgusting and not what I ordered!! This would be false advertising since the item is listed as New. Unacceptable.
