I was considering these, but I wanted to know if it was a grounded plug and if the plugs folded down into the body of the unit. The fold down plug is a necessity to make it into my travel pack. This probably wouldn’t have been a great choice because you can’t use surge protectors on cruise ships, but it would have been useful for hotels.

This does include the 3rd prong for grounding, however this model does not have the folding plug option.
