I don’t see how a single-LED powered by at-most 12-15 Watt USB-C plug could possibly disinfect anything unless left powered-On 24x7 and within a foot-distance. 
I bought a $99 UVC bulb and it has ~60 LEDs around it … and a 15/30/60-minutes timer. So… if 65W takes 15min to clean 10ft-radius, well, I bet this CASEPH is worthless?
