Bought them about 2 years ago, they no longer work…a steady decline, they hold a charge for about 10 mins now. Very disappointed. 
Have you changed out the solar batteries?

you would think the battery would not have to be replaced just for one season… They are not worth the price of a new battery. "Touch Of Junk’. And all the rest of that line of solor lighting. Oh some still work if you go out and hit the slolor panel a few times none of these will make it to this summer /fall about the time of purchases… These people are saying the truth.
