I received an open-box product One of the units has a bended pin (which is probably why it was returned before?).Since they seem to work and I really need the surge protector, I am not going to request a return or exchange.

I didn’t see any mentioning of “used”, “refurbished”, or “open box” in the descriptions. I am not happy about this. I will think twice before buying from Woot again.
