Does this hammer drill also function as a standard drill without the hammer function?
A quick lookup on Bosch’s site says this does have a rotary only mode, but it’s not designed to be a drill replacement. It’s heavier (and heavier hitting) than a normal “hammer drill” and the chuck is a SDS-plus, so you will have to adapt a regular chuck to it if you intend to use it as a drill.
