Has anyone had any issues with these? I’m on my third one and none of them will connect. I’ve been on with logictech customer service and no one can seem to figure out why they won’t connect.
I’ve never had any issues, aside from one particular one needing to be power cycled periodically or so.
FWIW, a friend who is a custom integrator here in my town has been told by their distributors that harmony remotes are being discontinued. Whether it’s to re-brand them or just gone completely, they don’t know. They’re pretty good about supporting for a number of years after discontinue, but…food for thought.
I have had one for about 5 years, the only issue I have had with mine is When the power goes out I have to power cycle it. Seems unable to reconnect by itself. I have it connect to WiFi - lighting for my theater room and blinds and works great. It is true that Logitech has discontinued it but they still support it. Just received an App update.
