Cannot imagine the reasoning of spending $100 for used AirPods when they are so regularly are available priced so close to $100, brand new, with the Apple 1-year warranty.
If you’re lucky enough to have a Microcenter nearby, they regularly sell them in store for $100. That’s what I paid for the set on my ears right now. Currently $115 there.
And Costco regularly sells them for $120 or less.
Also wondering how they test and can make the at least 85% Battery Health(edit typo) promise? Unlike for the phone, I haven’t found any similar function for the AirPods.
@bluemaple Yes I totally agree. This isnt even the wireless charging case. I “side eyed” this deal when I saw it on woot. I bought my brand new airpods on amazon for $110 (plus tax) a few weeks ago. You gotta be a real bargain bin shopper if you actually buy these. This is one of those deals that are an insult to our intelligence.
