My adapter arrived today but there is no tip on the plug and it’s not a right angled plug as shown in the picture. It appears to be a generic power supply with interchangeable tips, which would’ve been fine, however no tip was included and therefore I am unable to use it.

If you haven’t done so already, contact Support so they can look into the matter.
