Ordered this, got a g613…not the same

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Same, received a G613 as well.
Worse is it came without the dongle and battery cover.
Will be using the form…
Glad I wasn’t the only one that received a G613… I was/am stressed out about fighting for my money back… tbh I would prefer the right product instead…
Same… at least mine had the cover… but even if I wanted the trash “wireless gaming” keyboard, its a paper weight w/o the dongle.
