Why do they NOT tell you the actual dimensions of the main cooking surface? Even on the diagram it just shows every dimension EXCEPT the most important one. Makes me very suspicious that this may not be big enough to cook a brisket!

It states in capacity: 4 pork butts
So I would assume 2 briskets, or 1 large brisket cut in two, and put on both racks

Hi there, so sorry about that. Here are the dimensions we’ve received from the vendor: The upper rack is 23 3/4” x 8 5/8” (L X W) and there’s 2 main cooking racks and they’re both 19 1/2” x 12 1/4 “(L X W).
We’ve updated the product description to reflect this.
