@ThunderThighs i had a question for you, I ordered this thermal printer and received one of those open box otterbox lt30 coolers. I contacted cs and they are supposed to be sending me a replacement printer. They gave me a shipping label to return the cooler. The more I look at the cooler, the more I like it. I can’t find the price for it here and was wondering depending the price, if it’s possible if I could purchase it instead of returning it.
