Why is there a size chart for chest and not waist???

Got these boxers today. Package was damaged and the boxers were dirty with some brown gunk dried on them. Looks like the package was dropped in the dirt. MAKES ME THINK TWICE WHEN ORDERING MERCHANDISE FROM WOOT!

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
