You can look up your order under the account > purchase history.

As for shipping, Woot usually ships out within a few days. You should be getting an email confirmation when it does.
That said, there are occasions in which items cannot be found or are too damaged, in which a cancellation is necessary. That’s frustrating, but understand that Woot deals with closeouts and replacements may not be obtainable.
