Why does it say fully unlocked but then in the Specs description it says At & T & T-Mobile?
Sorry about that. It’s leftover from a previous sale that was carrier locked. I’ll ask them to remove that.
The iPhone 6s is scheduled to get the next OS upgrade, iOS 15, free as always, and unfettered by your carrier. But that likely is its last iOS upgrade. What that means: many 3rd party apps will continue to work for 1-3 later iOS upgrades, at which point, they’ll start to drop off. Apple apps, at least mainstream Apple apps could linger on a bit longer.
Surprisingly, even the 1st gen iPhone SE is planned to get iOS 15, hinting the A9 cpu in both phones might be the cutoff. Although the A8/A8x in the iPad Mini 4/iPad Air 2 appears to be the cutoff for iPadOS 15.
