This is the second unit I have bought, the first was 4 years earlier and it is still functioning perfectly. I see some people give unit a bad review, cheap plastic, doesn’t work etc, but my experience has been absolute five star! Easy to install. Controls are good but options take a bit of getting used to in order to find what you like. Leonard in Montana
