Woot provided me the most disgusting item I’ve ever seen. The unit is literally packed solid with dirt human hair animal droppings and more. I’d need a screwdriver to break it loose. Waiting on support this is unacceptable for $244 vacuum.
Yuck. That’s gross for sure. I’ll let our returns manager know. Woot CS will help you return it. Apologies for this poor experience.
