Avoid. I’ve purchased 2 watches from Woot on separate occasions ; one was in less than acceptable condition (battery had to be replaced at my expense), the other one they shipped was aluminum instead of stainless, and their seller wouldn’t replace it.
If this is what they consider “moderate wear and tear” then “significant” must mean the watch was smashed with a hammer.
Received the watch today and it looked like it had been worn by someone in a motorcycle accident. Multiple gouges in the face of the watch. Three of the four corner areas on the watch face looked like they had been rubbed on concrete multiple times. Multiple deep scratches on the metal around the watch. The damage to the watch face interfered with function and viewing. It was returned the same day.
I’ve done refurb purchases many times but never seen anything close to the poor condition of this watch.
Won’t buy this kind of thing from Woot again.
