Disappointed, order this on 9/7/2021 for my sons 7th bday (today), just open it and it’s missing a battery, and when you place the controller (Xbox S), nothing happens… hoping someone at woot sees this and can help!

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
