This just doesn’t look comfortable.
I have 4 of them and tbh they are more comfortable than you think. I have been using them for unpacking around the house. After long periods, they lose their comfort, but I don’t think they were intended for multiple hour use.
They are super lightweight
I have similar but four-legged versions… we call them “camping chairs”
I agree with you term - I got them for the back of the car and campfires (small space and lightweight) - they have come in handy to move around as needed around the house - I have nerve damage in my right arm, wrist and hand so anything I can do to limit weight helps a lot. I have heavier, for longer sitting chairs, but those are more in the stay where they were opened category.
