Last time I saw this on WOOT I ordered the Seven Barrels Balsamic Traditionale Vinegar and it is the best. Most Balsamic type need Oil to smooth and blend it out. The Seven Barrels Balsamic Traditionale Vinegar does not. I am going to order the White this time.

Ordered the white balsamic a few months ago. Thick, rich, and flavorful. Absolutely delicious in salads and marinades. Was hoping this would come back up for sale. Bought two this time around… will probably regret not getting three.
