As a web developer, I highly recommend to NOT install apps unless you really, really need to. Here, they have a website, that works. Why do they insist I install the app? To bypass browser’s security features? To track me more? To nag me every hour? No, thank you. The more they insist, the more I know not to install.
As apps go, the permissions (as stated by the Play Store info) are pretty tame. But I put it on a device with no personal info on it anyway.
But the app is buggy as hell. One obvious fail is that navigation is broken. If you drill down into an item and click on its Discussion section, you are stuck in Discussion-- if you had a different item earlier in your link train (e.g. comparing two items), you can’t get back to it, and the lack of a Search feature can make it impossible to find.
