Already had a Show 10 (1st version of the 10, not the creepy follower version) and added a “Very Good” condition used Show 8. Very happy with it - arrived perfect - virtually impossible to tell it was not new. Simply a mini version of the Show 10. The sound quality is just as clear… and the bass actually seems tighter, less boomy (our only issue with the 10).
BTW, if new is your thing and you don’t mind spending another $10, Woot mother Amazon is currently selling the same 1st gen Echo Show 8 for $60, new, with 1-year warranty vs this 90 Woot warranty.

The 1MP camera in the specs is the most obvious giveaway it is 1st gen.
