At just over two feet wide, this doesn’t seem like it will allow for enough spread for proper workout of certain muscles. This is just too small to be terribly useful. Sure, it can do some things, but… your floor, and rotating your wrists, can do more for free.

And it is 3 feet wide. For me it is better than the Perfect Pushup, pushup bars etc. I have been using this for years.
