24" inches wide, at the widest point of the base. This is not wide enough. This could actually cause damage if you intend to use this for standard push-ups. Get down into pushup position, and note where your hands are, how far apart. Odds are very high that it’s well beyond two feet apart.
Now put down some tape marks 24" apart, and put your hands over the center of each mark and try to do a push-up. Feel that pain in your deltoids, triceps, and pectorals? That’s because you aren’t in the correct position for a standard push-up.
Sure, this can be good to target very specific exercises, but for normal pushups, just use your hands on the floor, like actual athletes do.
