Yup. It’s not a solid circle. You can gently pull it to widen the gap for a custom fit.

Right bending it. To many times will weaken and snap, I’d bet
Well yeah, that’s how metal works. But why would you need to bend it again after you get it to fit? It’ll hold is shape.

If something is adjustable, one assumes it can regularly be changed. Different fingers, toes, friends, kids, when get fatter, etc…
