Consider a set of small aluminum Ras-Pi heat sinks and fans for less than a dollar each, where even Vaseline works as a better thermal interface than the stock silicone. Look for graphite thermal pads or a non-corrosive thermal adhesive, and don’t buy this at this price.
As an edit for clarification having canceled my own order, my total was $313, $295 + $18 tax as I live in Massachusetts. Were supply short this price might be acceptable, but pcie 4.0 drives are on sale for less than this frequently, and there are far better sales available elsewhere.

I recommend IC Graphite thermal pads from your local PC shop, but should there be no-one nearby, a quick internet search should suggest your best delivery price.
