I bought one of these last year. In less than two months, the welds on the frame broke while my child was jumping on it. The sharp, torn tubes punched through the safety mat and it was a miracle no one was hurt.
When I contacted the manufacturer, they were unresponsive and offered to replace the “defective parts”. The collapse effectively destroyed the entire trampoline, and when I explained this, they stopped communicating with me entirely.
Woot refunded the purchase price. I reported the product’s failure to the US CPSC. The report is here:
